How To Stay Active in your Community

Investigate the physical activity options available in your local community. Collect examples of low, medium and high options for activity or explore these options with the Playing for Life resource cards. Choose one activity or option provider and use a design platform such as Adobe Spark to create an advertising campaign for them, appealing to students your age, encouraging them to get involved.

Create an interactive survey platform such as Kahoot to collect data about your class’s favourite exercise or physical activity. From your research, suggest a recommendation for a new community resource or provider to support the physical activity needs and preferences of your community.
